A $50 non-refundable service charge is required before initial work is made to insure and protect the monetary value of time given once a work order is placed since digital goods are on an hourly work basis for graphics.
In case of a cancellation notice, which must be within a 48-hour period, after a work order is placed or before the work order starts, the 48-hour cancellation period window allows the $50 non-refundable charge to be canceled before any initial work begins.
However, if work has begun or have been completed after the 48-hour period window has passed, the $50 non-refundable service will be deducted from the total charge amount of the work order due.
If cancellation is given after the 48-hour window period, the $50 non-refundable service will be charged for unpaid work done per work order stipulated to cover cost and compensate loss of time given to an unpaid monetary work order that was deemed completed but not paid in full when total charge was due.
HOW DO I RECEIVE MY DIGITAL PRODUCTS OR PHYSICAL GOODS?
If the Digital Format Copies is selected, clients can retrieve all digital goods and receipts through Dropbox service for faster access, easy storage, and downloading. These services are at no cost. A downloadable link will be electronically delivered to the email address provided to access and retrieve the digital goods on the same business day once a fully paid work order has been completed. Please note that some files may be too large and exceeds memory space on your desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile devices.
If the CD Copy, USB Flash Drive, or Print Copy (per item each) are selected, clients will receive their physical product goods by the shipping address provided. The physical product items will be shipped and expect to arrive within 5-7 or 7-10 business days depending on location and selected expedited shipping rates. A copy of the receipt along with the carrier tracking number in reference to the physical product goods ordered will be electronically emailed to the email address provided.
HOW DO I CANCEL A TRANSACTION?
All cancelation must be within a 48-hour window period and sent by writing through the contact form with the purchase receipt as a reference.
